The 2024 College and Career Ready Performance Index (CCRPI) scores show that DeKalb County School District (DCSD) elementary schools earned a perfect score of 100 in the Closing Gaps component, matching the state average. District high schools outperformed the state significantly, finishing just five points shy of 100. DCSD also exceeded the state average in the Progress category at the elementary and middle school levels.

These latest CCRPI assessment results highlight both growth and opportunity,” said DCSD Superintendent Dr. Devon Q. Horton. “We believe every student deserves the opportunity to master content at or above their grade level, and it’s our responsibility to provide them with the necessary tools. By doing so, we will continue raising our graduation rates and creating futures that reflect the excellence and achievement we strive for every day.”
