2024 Title III English Learner- Summer Enrichment Program Grades 1-12
The purpose of the Title III EL Summer Enrichment Program is to provide an extended year opportunity for English Learners in grades 1-12 to develop the academic language necessary to succeed in all content areas, with a special focus on the academic language of reading, mathematics, and science. The students will also participate in hands-on activities exploring cultural diversity. The summer program is designed for current English learners at the Entering level of language proficiency.
This program will provide enrichment for grades 1-12.
Date:
June 3, – June 28, 2024, are instructional days for students.
Time:
Elementary: 8:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M. Monday – Thursday
Middle and High School: 9:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M. Monday – Thursday
Independent Learner Day/ Fridays
Tuition: No Fee

Middle and High School:
- Clarkston High School
Transportation:
Free transportation to neighboring communities and apartment complexes.
Food Program:
Breakfast and Lunch will be provided.
Registration:
All eligible English learners are pre-registered for the program. Parents of eligible students must complete, sign, and return a parental notification letter to their child’s ESOL teacher if they wish for their child to attend the program by Friday, April 19, 2024.
