SB-47, relating to The Georgia Special Needs Scholarship (GSNS) Program, is a school choice program available for special needs students attending Georgia public schools who are served with a current Section 504 plan.

• Eligibility
  • Reside within any DeKalb County School District Attendance Zone; and
  • Reside within the State of Georgia for at least one year; and
  • Attended a Georgia public school in the previous year; and
  • Received service under an active Section 504 plan in the previous school year.
