Simply scan your documents, save them as a multi page PDF and attach them to the application. Scanners, smart phones and tablets may all be used to upload your documents. (CamScanner-PDF, Genius Scan and Pocket PDF Scanner are a few free apps that convert pictures into PDF documents)
If the primary language in the home is not American English, if the student was not born in the United States or if the student has a foreign birth certificate and has not attend a DCSD school you must schedule an appointment with the International Student Screening Center. They can be reached at 678-676-6602.
