Hardware/Software Product Request

Submit a request that specific hardware or software products are added to the eStore’s inventory

Maximum size 10MB

New Software Requests are submitted via Incident IQ:
  1. Log into Incident IQ
  2. Select “New Request”
  3. Select the “Communications Dept. and Other Requests” Tile
  4. Select the “Technology Evaluation” Tile
  5. Complete and submit the ticket to initiate your New Technology Evaluation Request
