Categories include: Non-Instructional Spaces, Outside Spaces, Safety and Security, Technology Readiness, Environmental Quality, Controllability of Systems, Classrooms, Special Education, Fine Arts, Food Services, Media Resources, and Athletic and Wellness. | |

| The Demographic Analysis & Forecast is a comprehensive study by professionals from Cropper GIS of the demographic trends in the District population include age, housing tenure, migration, births, and more. The demographic analysis was then applied to enrollment trends to forecast enrollment for the next ten years. | |

Below are the available (draft) results of the Facility Condition Assessment (FCA), Educational Suitability Assessment (ESA), the Capacity Determination Guide, and the Demographic Study & Forecast for each DCSD-operated school. Click on a value in the table to open the associated report.
All updated reports have been posted to the Data Matrix below. The differences in the revised documents are the result of an in-depth review of the scoring, data analysis, and the reports posted back in March of this year.
Updated values and documents will be added as they become available. See “Revisions” below for a log of changes made to the table and reports.

09/27/2021 4:30 PM – All reports including FCAs and ESAs have been reviewed, revised, and reposted to the Assessment data tab.
09/20/2021 9:15 AM – Added forecast documents for schools that were previously listed as “Pending”. Schools that have an “N/A’ value do not have enrollment and therefore will not have a forecast.
04/02/2021 10:35 AM – Corrected data lookup error: Capacity numbers on the table and in pdf reports were corrected for all schools to match the Draft Capacity Determination Guide.
04/03/2021 11:40 AM – Published Draft Educational Suitability Assessment (ESA) reports.
04/04/2021 11:20 PM – Re-published all draft ESA reports: the draft ESA reports published on 04/03/2021 were earlier drafts that did not reflect the most recent updates. The re-published draft ESA reports include some minor corrections to school information and details on the weights given to each assessment question which are used to calculate the final score.
04/09/2021 11:18 AM – Corrected data lookup error: ESA numbers on the table were corrected for all schools to match the associated reports. The scores are displayed rounded to one decimal place.
04/30/2021 3:35 PM – Posted available FCA scores and reports. Posted new ESA scores and reports updated with feedback from community and staff.
