Fourteen DeKalb games postponed due to expected severe weather on Thursday and Friday are rescheduled for either Saturday or Monday.

All fourteen DeKalb County high school football games postponed from today (Thursday, Sept 26) and Friday (Sept. 27) are set for Saturday (Sept. 28) and Monday (Sept. 30).

Five home games are set for Saturday with a pair of doubleheaders due to events already scheduled for Saturday at Godfrey (Elementary County Track Championships) and Cobb (flag football jamboree) Stadiums.

McNair and Cross Keys fans travel to Adams Stadium on Saturday for a doubleheader. McNair (2-3, 0-1) opens at 2:00 pm against No. 9 ranked Lamar County (3-1, 0-0) while Cross Keys (0-4) entertains undefeated Flint River (6-0) with kickoff set for 5:00 pm.

Hallford Stadium entertains the other doubleheader in DeKalb as Columbia (0-5) hosts No. 5 ranked Douglas County at 2:00 pm and Lithonia (3-1, 1-1) meets Druid Hills (2-3, 0-2) in a Region 5-4A contest at 5:00 pm.

Arabia Mountain (1-4, 0-2) travels to Woodward Academy (2-3, 2-0) in another 5-4A meeting at 12:00 pm and Miller Grove (3-2) wraps up its non-region schedule with trip to Greene County (4-1) set for a 1:00 pm kick.

Six games were moved to Monday due to stadium availability and some districts halting all athletic events for the weekend. Three of the six games are set for DeKalb Stadiums with Towers (2-2) starting play first with a 5:30 kick against Southeast Whitfield (0-6) at Cobb Stadium.

Stone Mountain (0-6) has homecoming set for 7:00 pm at Hallford Stadium as they face off with Salem (1-4) in non-region play. The Stephenson Jaguars (2-3, 0-1) also are hosting homecoming as they entertain North Clayton (3-2, 1-0) in Region 5-3A clash at Godfrey Stadium at 7:00 pm.

The three road games get off to an early evening start as M.L. King (1-4, 0-2) travels to Creekside (2-2, 2-0) in Region 4-4A play at 6:30 pm.
