The Towers Titans girls’ flag football team has invited five other DeKalb teams to partake in the Clash of the Titans preseason jamboree on Wednesday, September 27 at Avondale Stadium.

Three games are set for 5:00, 6:00 and 7:00 pm at Avondale Stadium to kick off the 2023 season that begins on October 2 around the state of Georgia.

The Tucker Lady Tigers and Arabia Mountain Lady Rams open the night at 5:00 pm. Lithonia faces off with Southwest DeKalb in the 6:00 pm game while Towers follows up at 7:00 pm against Miller Grove.

Towers finished 9-5 a year ago and advanced to the state playoffs. Lithonia finished 6-6 with a first-round state playoff appearance and Tucker finished 7-6 after falling in a thrilling double overtime 6-0 loss to Villa Rica in the state playoffs.
