The DeKalb County School District (DCSD) is proud to announce that 13 students from eight campuses have been named first-place winners for their grade level by the Georgia Council of Teachers of English (GCTE).
Each year, GCTE sponsors this statewide competition for students in kindergarten through grade 12.
